A cure for madness that goes wrong

This is a low budget film about a specialist research group in a mental hospital who are experimenting with a drug called B390 which is believed to have miraculous healing properties. They test the drug on various patients and it works wonders, but unbeknown to them the drug has terrifying side effects. One doctor attempts to stop the use of the drug but it is so lucrative that the management insist it should go ahead, with terrible consequences.
