A comedy about depression

After something terrible happens, Adam becomes depressed. He is going nowhere in life, he is a loner and all of his friends have become distant with him. All that is, except for Grace, a happy-go-lucky optimist studying Astrophysics at university, who frequently visits him at his parents home. Adam does not recognise what a beacon of light Grace is in his life, and spirals further down into hopelessness as the film progresses. Adam believes he needs a change, and his thoughts turn suicidal. Can Grace persuade Adam that there is something worth living for?
