After 8 years of living rough on a beach, Rose returns to face the family who rejected her as a young teenager.

After 8 years of living rough on a beach, Rose returns to face the family who rejected her as a young teenager. With her, she has brought Thorn, her protector and mentor. They depend on each other but they are very different. Rose is gentle and sensitive, Thorn brutal and destructive. Everything he does affects her. They camp in an old bunker, overlooking town, but disagree on their strategies. Rose is concerned about an innocent child in the house. Thorn wants revenge. Why has Rose come back and what made her leave in the first place? As Rose and Thorn ramp up a disturbing campaign to create fear, Geoff, the guardian to the young child, starts losing his grip of the situation and is pushed to drastic measures. Set in a small coastal town in Britain, with striking white cliffs as its backdrop, Seagull adds it’s own original footprint to the path of British independent psychological thrillers.
