The live action telling of how Director Kevin Smith came to become a Hollywood name with his debut cult hit movie 'Clerks'.
Kevin Smith was a young fat kid from Highlands NJ with dreams of becoming a writer. He decides to leave his job in a convenience store to attend film school. He quickly drop out and funds the production of his first feature film 'Clerks' with fraudulently acquired credit cards. The movie is an overnight success when it is screened at Sundance Film Festival.
