Mary and Simon are as close as a brother and sister can get, with their father dying when Simon was a toddler and their mother walking out on them in their teens, they vowed to look out and be there for each other forever. But when it comes to light that their father died of a hereditary condition known as huntingston disease their bond as brother and sister is tested.
