This is a story about Ann

Through the portrayal of Ann's decisions, actions and inner turmoil you will be shown how one's life can be turned upside down when facing both major and trivial challenges. Ann is a sensitive, clever and likable lead character. During her journey, we witness her suffer through huge unforeseen obstacles, including a close encounter with a significant drugs problem, as well as a physical and emotional attempt to rebuild her life after a car accident. In addition to this, the film takes the viewer through Ann's career highs and lows, as well as her interesting views on reality, before finally, she finds peace internally, and with the world around her. This project is an attempt to make viewers stop for a moment and think. Its a study of one's desires, and the surprises and challenges we can be faced with to prevent our hopes and dreams from being realised. It sends a message to viewers about the decisions we make and how they can influence others; and how the impact of such actions can always be traced back to the individual decision maker. Most importantly - this project demonstrates how easy it is to become lost, and the steps we must take to regain a sense of harmony when facing a bleak outlook. Each part of Ann's life will be shown in separate short film, peculiar Triptych which can be put together to create a feature movie. Solitude is the second chapter of her life.
