Two unemployed men get their fun playing pranks on City bankers in revenge for the financial crisis, until one of them starts to worry that the joke has gone too far.

“ ‘Play by the rules and you always lose.’ It’s true. As long as we obey the rules, we accept that someone else is in charge.” Two unemployed men meet while they are out running and find that they have something in common – the feeling that life isn’t fair. Paul has been ousted from his job by a younger rival, while would-be anarchist John holds a grudge against the banks for causing the financial crisis and gets his own back by playing practical jokes on unsuspecting bankers. As Paul is drawn into John’s dubious game of envy and revenge, he begins to worry that the pranks are going too far.
