The Theatre inside the mind of The Serial Killer

‘Spectacle Macabre’ is the short film that I am planning to shoot in the autumn. It raises questions about the state of mind of murderer but does not give the answers. The film is my speculation and attempt of imagine what the darkness hides. It uses an experimental connection of reality (film) and the killer’s inner world (theatre). Showing theatre as a piece of cinema increases the artificiality of the murderer’s motives, which for him are pure and even artistic. I am trying to explain to myself what I struggle to understand. Art is the best way to do that.
