An elderly Jewish couple is heartbroken when the council allocates them to separate care homes, but their daughter hits upon the Human Rights Act as the means to bring them back together.

An elderly Jewish couple are heartbroken when the council allocates them to separate care homes; but their daughter hits upon the Human Rights Act as the means to bring them back together. The idea is to reach the Jewish community by focusing on a Jewish family, spreading the message that the Human Rights Act can help ordinary families. This touching story is inspired by a number of real cases but is not based on any specific case. The film will be premiered and promoted by René Cassin, a charity working in the UK to promote and protect universal human rights, drawing on Jewish experience and values.
