Penny, a young woman, fresh out of prison meets Charles sitting in a London park in a world of his own, dressed in a pinstripe suit and bowler hat. She attempts to find out why he is there and the two begin to form an unlikely yet strangely unique relationship, and one that could go anywhere (if Mother lets it).
