A gentle seaside comedy in which an accordionist falls in love with a dancer.
n the summer of 2010 an accordionist in his forties, Mr Pugh, unable to make money with his busking in the city, is prompted by a coupon offer to try the seaside instead. Maybe he can have a holiday and even find love? On his journey to the sea the accident-prone Mr Pugh meets a young fairground entertainer, Jane, who he enchants with his music - whilst annoying others. This is a gentle seaside comedy with minimal dialogue and melodious music, which catches the mood of an English seaside with its children and dogs, the old, the young and the eccentric.
