The Bridge

A young man is at a crossing in his life, will he cross the bridge to a new beginning?

At the school gates of a North London primary school, a young father drops his daughter off for a busy school day. Later that morning, the man visits and old, ornate church, where he goes to confess. Inside the confession booth, we hear him question: "is suicide a moral sin?". Some time later, the man is at a local pub. He sits in a back corner, drinking his problems away. He takes out a photograph from his pocket and begins to write a brief note on the back. After a few minutes, he drinks up and leaves. His journey shortly comes to an end, when he reaches the well-known Archway bridge. He is forgetting his past and 'building bridges' for the future... Shot on Kodak 16mm Film stock
