A man loses his mother and is advised to 'look after' himself whilst coping with the grief. Whilst most advice is well intentioned, some is not.

Chris suddenly loses his mother to cancer and is beside himself with grief. Estranged from the remaining family he has left, he proceeds to push himself to the limit because people are telling him to 'look after' himself. Most advice is well intentioned but there is one person who may not be all that they seem..
