The Ghost Who Played The Piano

A grieving mother and her only son struggle to relate in the company of a ghost.
A mother, suffering from the loss of her husband, is left to care for her newborn David, who she feels emotionally detached from. A ghost, often appearing as a 'figure under a white sheet' (and existing as a literal white sheet used in the house), observes them over a number of years and tries to guide them both through their personal struggles. When David is 18, he prepares to leave for University but suffers a breakup from his long-term boyfriend. Carol breaks away from her grief and blankets David in the white sheet, comforting him for the first time in years.
