Son rekindles relationship with dying father after finding out he is gay.

Sam hasn't spoken to his father in 3 years. Bringing his boyfriend to his mother's funeral was the last his father could take, leading them to fall out. Present day, Sam answers his phone to hear his dad on the other side. He's dying and is in hospital. Will they be able to save their relationship before it's too late?
