The Lift

A man looks back over his life as he ascends in a lift.

'THE LIFT' is the story of one man's life, and of all the people he has loved. It is about finding hope when there appears to be none. The man is on the way to visit his terminally ill daughter. In the hospital lift, as he travels upwards, passengers come and go. Each of them brings to mind a loved one he has lost. He will soon lose his daughter too. By the time he reaches the top he must make a decision, whether to stay and be strong or to end it all.
