Four flatmates come to blows over a mysterious letter that arrives addressed to The Occupier.

Comedy which centres around a suburban house which four twenty- something housemates shares. All seems very idlic on the outside but when a mysterious letter comes addressed to The Occupier cracks start to appear in the friendships and relationships.
