The Parole Officer is an English movie about an incompetent parole (i.e. probation) officer (Steve Cougan) who decides to rob a bank to obtain a tape which will incriminate a bent copper who has framed him for murder. He then recruits the only three guys on his books who have stayed straight to help him in this hopeless crime.
