Dead wife guides her husband

Marvin has lost his wife and child in the car crash because an alcoholic has hit their car whilst driving drunk. The alcoholic man got away with very light court penalty. Marvin is furious and contemplates revenge. Marvin's wife from spirit world stops him killing the drunk, but during the confrontation, drunk kills Marvin. The wife comes from the spirit world to guide Marvin's soul to herself and their child.
