Rachel Larson and her husband are surprised by a positive pregnancy test while using the birth control pill. Although the baby cannot be found on the ultrasound, there is an intimate bond between mother and child. Matters are complicated by the discovery of a pill used to erase traumatic memories. "The Pill" illustrates that some things are better left forgotten.
