In Britain, in 1996, in a country under totalitarian rule, one man tries to lead a revolution

Following the path of alternate history, Britain did not win World War 2, and was instead incorporated into Joseph Stalin's empire. The film follows a worker, who tapes little confessional diaries, with the dream of leading a revolution against the state.
