Daniel Dwyer is a corrupt politician whose marriage with his wife Jessica exists only to satisfy public eyes. After he plays key part in turn of unfortunate events leading to her death, Daniel hits rock bottom. Ridden with guilt and tormented by nightmares he receives a mysterious anonymous gift which offers an extreme way out.
