'The Satchel' is a fast paced, independent drama about two men who pass each other as one's life is crashing and the other seeking to ascend. The first declining from grace after time as a folk hero, the second, pragmatic and for sale, wanting to rise to the top from which the first is falling. The crash of the first draws the second into an emotional labyrinth that leaves no options to be a mere observer and he must decide on whether to follow the same track as the first. He is not opposed to having to pay, but the price becomes a deadly concoction.
