An unavenged atrocity lurks beneath the tranquil surface, and things have learnt to walk that ought to crawl.

When bad-girl kick-boxer Jo Brack takes a dysfunctional group of teens to a tranquil getaway in the middle of a vast isolated wetlands bird reserve, they stir up a long-submerged history, seething under the cursed mud, and stalking the endless whispering reeds.
