A world where famine is rife and the governments have to take extreme measures to limit the population, including banning pregnancy to anyone without a permit.

a world where peak oil and climate change has ravaged the world and people are living with the consequences. Chloe, finds herself pregnant without a permit and the film depicts the choices she has to make in order to try and keep the child. Stuck in an impossible situation, would she kill to save the life of her unborn child?
