Based on a true story. Chloe is no ordinary teenager; she is a 14 year old girl playing an unusual waiting game. A mild heart condition deteriorates as she grows up, after many battles fighting for her life; she has to be put on a waiting list for a heart and double lung transplant. But how long she will wait for a match, no one knows, or if a match will even be found in time. The struggles, the obstacles the emotional strain becomes a new life for Chloe and her family while they wait for her to live or die.
