It is almost christmas, a time to tell stories, and what better story than a heart-warming christmas tale. "The Walk" is a beautiful short film that goes beyond cultures and languages; it is a story that reminds us what's important in life. We are Master's students at Full Sail University studying Film Production, and this film is our Thesis project. The original story comes from the film's director, Aslam Basheer, a talented filmmaker who is originally from India. His story has moved the hearts of everybody who has heard it. We hope to create a modern Christmas story that showcases the spirit of the season with a moving tale applicable to every culture. This project has a very diverse team including Aslam Basheer, our director from India, Andrea Alibrandi, our producer from Caracas, Venezuela, and Weilei Dong, our art director from Beijing, China. We originate from all over the world and came together here in Orlando, Florida, to tell a story that will become a classic Christmas tale.
