The Wild Yonder is the disastrous story of two friends; Mike and James, who go hiking in the Scottish Highlands. When James gets injured they make a choice with devastating consequences. Leaving the trail they take a short cut to a lone house they saw on a mountainside. With James' condition deteriorating, time is running out for Mike to save his friend. Alone with only their thoughts and each other, Mike resorts to carrying James over the mountain tops. Stuck half way between living and dying; together they push past all perceived limits and discover what they are truly capable of.
