A man struggling with the loss of his father, descends to madness when he becomes the new owner of a car park.
Alvin is the new owner of a multi-storey car park, where he decides to play out his inner desire of power and control. By using the cameras to survey the place and the loudspeakers to project his mighty voice , Alvin achieves a godlike presence. He obsesses over a rubbish bin and uses his newfound tools to stop people from throwing their rubbish in it. As he slowly descends into madness, this unsustainable fantasy leads to his demise.
