The night of the second coming - and the morning after.
Sometime before daylight, God is due to arrive. From dusk until dawn a small, passionate cult waits for a prophesied salvation. But when God does not arrive, the psychological survival of the group depends on denial. In the end, only one has the courage to remove their hand and break the circle.
