Sapna who is born and bred in India gets married to Raj from England as many asians look at people from west seen as a higher society simply because of the sterotyping of the English being wealthy.She leaves India and moves to England with Raj, athough this does not seem to be a good idea as he changes dramatically, he comes home at late hours of the night.They then split up and she meets John in a local pub who she took a liking to. They both meet few times.
