Who is Kevin?

4 months ago, we were having lunch and there was this strange guy with a bunch of camera equipment. We didn't think much of it at the time. Yesterday, we received a weird package in the mail. Not sure if it's supposed to be a threat but perhaps you guys are also interested in the answer to this question.
