Alone in a foreign place
The lead character moves to London and is completely alone, no real friends, family or girlfriend. He tries hard to make contact with people and as he is from the country cant understand why people find this odd. He desperately wants to speak to this girl he is infatuated with and finally he does. Ironically this beautiful girl has a horrible accent and way of speaking which completely puts him off her. Showing him that you really cant judge a book by its cover.
