Eerie and sensual psycho-drama set deep in the Welsh countryside

Rex and Anouk are aiming for a fresh start in rural Wales following her suicide attempt after discovering his infidelity. But Rex is in thrall to erotic obsessions with Meg, the partner of Rex's old friend Paul, a true son of the soil; Anouk is out of her depth away from the city, and the landscape itself seems to exert a dark, ancient force that brings long repressed feelings to surface. Taking aesthetic cues from domestic drama, horror stories and arthouse symbolism, 'Worms' is an audacious, and truly original, piece of gripping tale telling.
