The World Governments have formed into one entity and has plans to implement a new measure of living for all on earth. Mind Control is what they plan to use. But there are a group of young bold people who find out through a great epiphany of what the agenda is. They begin to warn the people. This causes havoc with the Governments agenda. In response the Government sends evil forces to try to stop them.
