Getting representation

Hey all,

Hope everyone is doing well!

Now ive got my first VO year under my belt, this year it's a goal to try and get on some agency books and keep pushing my career. I'd be really keen to hear from folks that are already represented (or not but have some knowledge) and if there are any tips you can share on 'do's and donts' when approaching agencies please?

Hi Kev,

I applied to the Manchester Voice Over Gallery via their website, submitting my reel. 18 months later I got contacted by them asking me to get on board. So it goes to show, have patience .... and that nothing happens over night (which I literally believed in the beginning)! Apply to as many as possible, and wait. Do you have a good professional voice reel? That’s key ....
