Should I ask for the contract?

Hi everyone, I've recently been offered representation from 2 different agencies. 1 has sent me a contract and I have 5 days to make a decision whether to sign it or not. But I'm due to having a meeting with the 2nd agency on the 28th of January, and after this they will give email me a contract. Should I call/email the second agency and ask to see the contract before the meeting? I don't want to make any decisions until I'm fully informed.
You could ask to see the second agent's contract but I am suspicious about the five day limit on signing the first. Sounds like a double glazing sales techniques. Why would they do that? I would ask if you can extend the five days.
