I think I should be added to the list too while there's still room, as Elena Corbetta. Though it doesn't end in O (I am female after all) it is the name of a small town just outside Milan.
Other forms of my surname could include Corbettini, which is apparently what my father was known as in his youth due to his speedy driving (obviously before we got all snap happy with the old speed cameras!).
