Following last weeks programme on Channel 4 i wanted to see everyone elses favourite actor as i was dissapointed at the final result.
Just write a list 1-10 down the left hand side of the screen and write down who you think is the Greatest actor/ress in order. 1 being the best

Getting this thread briefly on track before it's closed, I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Tim Roth or Ray Winstone. I think they're both cracking actors.

i agree with you hugh, we focus to much on film actors these days, where theatre actors are understated. also what do people think about gabriell bryne? i saw him in 'A Touch of the poet' in new york, he was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC.

Not many black actors included here either. Samuel l Jackson, Morgan Freeman, Sidney Poitier, Denzel Washington, Angela Bassett, Larry Fishburne, Cicely Tyson?
I included eddie murphy and denzel!! forgot Samuel! he is one of my favs as well, prob more so than Denzel. I think will smith is a great actor too. don cheadle is another!! brilliant actors..

Just to say that Don Cheadle has got to be one of the most underrated actors around at the moment.
