Monologues - 1950s

Can anyone advise me on good monologues around the 1950s.
Have an audition coming up and really need a good monologue, any advice will be welcome.

Hey! It's an obvious one, but Look Back in Anger has some lovely female speeches. Also (although I think it's the sixties) Billy Liar has some brilliant ones - there's a fab rant in there by a character called Rita.

Not on topic but the Look Back in Anger promted a memory of a friend of mine who had an ambition to stage a play on the tube - he was going to call it Look Back in Ongar.
