I had been recommended several books and guides on how to further my career in acting, by friends and teachers at drama school. Recently I was lucky enough to contribute a little towards an eBook myself, from the perspective of an acting grad. Some very successful industry professionals have worked on this this guide. It helped me and many other working actors in so many aspects. Especially from the perspective of someone who's just beginning a career in this industry. To be honest I wish I had that whilst going to drama school as well along with the prep the faculty provided us with.
Anyway, it has a lot of helpful contacts in it and for those who are seeking training or just beginning a career it might be most helpful.
Also if anyone has other recommended readings in order to further my career, I'd be very grateful for those as well.
