Does anyone recommend becoming a premium member or is the Standard Membership sufficient, in your opinion?

One thing that kind of annoys me about the site is that it doesn't give you an option to properly define your accent.

Like from among the English speaking countries, it only gives you a choice of Australia/NZ, USA, English & South African... oh and "English-Other"... which I guess I would come under because of my Irish accent and in turn, it can only mean that the search facility isn't very accurate and I may miss castings... I haven't received any matches yet for this "English-Other"... It sounds a bit vague to me...

Maybe I need to be more patient, I only joined yesterday

I'd definitely recommend premium membership if you are based in London and have daily access to a computer.

I *think* it's tax deductable too... so kind of free!

hi there! It is definatley worth upgrading. On basic membership you can only apply to unpaid jobs, but on premium you can apply for paid-so definately worth it. Although I didn't know that you could use green room if you were a basic member-i never could. lol. Hope that helps,

    vix xx

I am a premium member and there are many options for native accent, including irish. So i guess this more accurate profile is one of the perks you get for paying the money!

Well, I've earned more from work Ive found through CCP than it cost to join, so I'd give it a clear 'yes'.

Hello Everyone and thanks for your responses, but something strange has happened with my post...

I originally posted a thread about Voice123 but the CCP folk kinda operated on it. So now you've got the first part of it on a different thread entitled: "Voice123 Your thoughts..."

...and the rest of it on a separate thread here...

So therefore this post is referring to my original post entitled: "Voice123 Your thoughts" and not about CCP (of which I am a Full Member).

    Am i even making sense!?

I am still trying to understand:

"So, we take away the number we first thought of . . .?"

    I'm baffled...
