If anyone is interested, or knows someone looking, we are renting our flat out from 1st - end of August.
It's central Edinburgh and only 15 minutes walk from Princes Street and is within walking distance to almost all Festival venues. Perfect for 2 couples as there are 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite).
