Well, I've contacted them re the ridiculous age thing. My age range is 50-80 (believe it or not, that's what my agent has me as and it works perfectly) but Mandy have barred me from applying for a job whose age range is within mine. It really does not make sense and shows how unfit for purpose this site has become.
If you can't get through by other means just post here. They read all posts before allowing them in the Forum (and delete any that are negative or critical of them, regardless of how pertinent or useful they are...)

Oh, I know. I'm just venting :) I've been on at them about the jobs that don't list the fee. It was fine before, so why allow it now? "Employers may prefer to discuss payment in private blah blah blah..." So we have to apply for a job, then turn it down due to a low fee? Wastes our time and the employer's - and casts us in a bad light with them..
With you there Mark. CCP wasn’t perfect but a darn sight better than Mandy and, now that they’ve been taken over by the American conglomerate that is Backstage, it’s really the bottom of the barrel. I wonder if they’ll post this or if I’ll get barred.
Considering how some threads here have gone off-topic and the tone of them, I'm pretty sure they don't monitor comments - only parent posts (he said hopefully!)
I kind of think you’re right. I posted a new thread and it was declined but put the same thing on an already up and running thread that was ignored by the powers that be. Hope for at least a discussion among the people who this site was meant to facilitate can happen!
Yes, it's very frustrating that as paying customers we can't discuss things openly here.

Mandy used to send me e-mails advertising new jobs for my age range but this has stopped why?

Hi Mark, do you mean Mandy won’t be reading this when it says at the top of this page‘Contacting Mandy’?
"Contacting Mandy" is simply the title of this forum thread which was started a year ago by Neil with a question that was answered at the time by Mandy, although that info is now out of date.
This is not a page to use to contact Mandy, or ask them any random questions. Well, not if you want a response. Although good luck with that trying to contact them the proper way, TBH.

I have been trying to get in contact with someone at Mandy for over a week now and it has been total radio silence. Has anyone else had trouble getting a reply?
If you email jobs@mandy.com they do respond if it's about a job. I'm not sure if they'd respond to any other type of question using that address but it's worth a go.

Another one here getting zero response from emails@mandy.com. I’ve been trying to contact Mandy about an issue on my profile for a while and they don’t respond at all. Very frustrating.
