Yep, and at the size of the fee - pretty dire. Even online ads should have some buyout.

Anything that is 'Branded Content' is 100% an ad and the BSF and buyout should reflect as such but wannabe influncers don't know that and are looking for views over income

Totally agree - it was written somewhat tongue in cheek. I've just posted about not accepting any online ad without a buyout.

Do you ever apply but state what (improved) remuneration you require? It has worked for me occasionally.

Even if not, they might feel a moment of shame!?

I've sometimes applied but have said that the fee isn't good. I've never got a reply.
