Free Premium Trial Ended, Where can I renew?

My Mandy free premium trial has ended. I would like to continue and pay for the premium membership for another month. However, I can't find where I can renew my membership. Does anyone know where I can do this? Also, what are the costs for a month of being a premium member? Thank you very much, your help is appreciated.

Hi,
I had lost my bank card and it took me 3 weeks to get a new one.
Therefore, my membership payment for Feb did not happen.
How can I renew my membership, please? I was also on discount payment through IMDBpro.
