Free rehearsal space in London?

    Hi guys

I realise with the credit crunch that this is a long shot as everyone is looking to make money rather than give things away but we've just over a month to go before our first production airs and we really need some suggestions. Does anyone know of any spare rooms/spaces that they've used in the past and can recommend? Ideally we're looking for evening slots but are still quite flexible at the moment.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Cheers

    David

I'm about to open in a show next Tuesday and have been rehearsing at the Thanet Youth Centre near Camden Town. The centre manager is called Jim and is very amiable. If you Google it you'll get the phone number. You might have to give a small donation but it is very community minded there and Jim is a frustrated performer and loves actors! Best of luck

if you know where you want to rehearse, its worth visiting pubs in that area with empty upstairs rooms. I rehearsed in a few places where they give it to you for free if the cast have a drink or two during or after x

That's great guys. Thanks so much for that. Looks like we might have something sorted out now. Big sigh of relief. :-)
