Hi everyone!
I am fairly new to the site and to the world of VO. Would really appreciate you guys checking out my profile and VO samples and giving me some thoughts on them. The hardest thing for me right now is finding where my voice fits it - I know people say that you shouldn't do that, but I am having a hard time hearing myself and would love a baseline starting point. Thanks in advance for your help here!
Good voice but need some trainingin delivery. Imporve your recording space & lock into some better equipment. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE! NEVER GIVE UP!
I think the recording quality is good. I think you need more coaching. The only recording that was posted was your monologue competition read. Your voice goes up and down where I don't think it should. It can easily be fixed. Get a coach and have them give you solid instruction. Although getting other VO talents opinion is interesting and potentially helpful, a good coach will focus in on what will truly make you a better voice over talent. You just need a little directed coaching and you will improve dramatically. You can join all kinds of Facebook VO groups for free who can make suggestion for a great coach. I wish you all the best.
