I’m curious if anyone knows of any freelance opportunities or friends/connections within the food filmmaking and content creation space. I have a burning passion for short-form videos and documentaries surrounding food, recipes, and cultural dishes, so I’m hoping to jump into that world. As a freelancer I am a DP, camera operator and assistant, but I am also very interested in full-time, company-based “producer” roles as well. I’ve done just about every role and would love any opportunity available! I feel like my background in short films and production, while helpful, isn’t seen as directly transferable to this space at times and I’d love to boost my portfolio with some direct food experience!!
Just thought I would put a feeler out to this network asking if anyone knows of any opportunities to work on a food production or if you have any connections that would be willing to talk to someone trying to get their foot in the door! Thanks so much!
