Monologue video sound lag

I’ve contacted Mandy but doubt they’ll be able to get back to me before Monday so I’ll ask here too. There’s a delay between the audio and video on my monologue video. Have any of you had this problem and/or do any of you have any idea what I can do about it?

Frustrating for you. I'm happy to check it for you on my PC but can you post a link to it so I can find it? (Lots of entries...) Mine is at https://www.mandy.com/competition/monologue-competition-2020/share/5610019 and I don't think there is an audio problem with it.

It’s not been verified yet so I can’t link to it. What I’ve done is submit it again and delete the other one. Probably all sorts of wrong!
